you're asking yourself.
Are the shots really mine? Can I use them in ads?
Yes, 100%. No watermark, no residual copyright from showlab. You can use them anywhere: e-commerce, social media, Meta/Google Ads, print.
Do I need to know how to write AI prompts?
No. Every flow is guided step by step: you upload a photo, pick a set and a model, and showlab does the rest. The technical prompts are our job, not yours.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
They reset on renewal. That's why we have different plans: pick the right size for your volume. You can always upgrade with no penalty.
Are my products used to train the AI?
Never. Uploaded content is sent to our AI providers only for the time needed to generate what you asked for. Zero training on your data.
Is the generated content marked as AI?
Yes. Every image and video created with showlab includes an invisible, machine-readable marker (IPTC standard, in the file metadata) that indicates its artificial origin, as required by the European AI Act. It doesn't change how the content looks, and it protects you: platforms and search engines recognise it as AI-generated, so it isn't flagged as misleading.
Can I try it first without entering a card?
Yes. The free Start plan gives you 10 photo credits a month. No card required. No trial period: the free version is permanent.
How faithful is the result to my real product?
Very. showlab starts from YOUR photos and keeps the product's shape, colours and details: the model and the scene are AI, the product stays exactly yours. The more angles you upload (including the back and close-ups of logos/labels), the higher the fidelity.
Do I only need one product photo?
Yes, one clean photo is enough to start. For even better results you can add more angles, the back and the details — showlab uses them as a reference for consistency.
How many credits does each piece of content cost?
It depends on the mode: a single photo costs 1 credit, a coordinated set 4, a video 1 video credit; captions are free. The cost is always shown next to each mode, before you generate.
Can I use my logo and my colours?
Yes. In the Brand Kit you set your palette and logo once: they're used as a reference in promo cards and in the tone of your captions. They're never printed on the product in the shots.
Is there support if I get stuck?
Yes: a support chat is available on every page. The showlab assistant answers right away and, when a person is needed, your request goes straight to the team, who reply by email.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union (Ireland), in private storage. No public training on your content, which you can delete from your Library whenever you like.
Do the brands and products shown in the examples work with showlab?
No. The products and brands shown in the demo images and videos have not collaborated with showlab in any way and are shown for illustration only, to give an idea of what the platform can do.
